The gentlemen at ABC are professional and honest. I know with confidence that my car is getting the repairs it needs. No gimmicks or run arounds, they take their time looking things over before coming to a final conclusion. They provide me with estimates for free and the best part is, they offer student discounts to FSU students which really helps me with the expense. I had an awesome experience as a new customer!! My daughter is a student at Ferris and had car issues last week and being an hour away I had to quickly research a place to take it and know nothing about the Big Rapids area. Adam was extremely understanding to my situation and so helpful with towing information. I was so impressed also with the towing companies generosity and kindness. They had my daughter back in her Malibu and on the road within 24 hrs. I hope to meet these guys some day when I'm up to see my daughter and give them a big thanks in person.
