NO Maintenance! Our toilet did not work for weeks!
Venlo is a good place to live. No complaints.
Rent appeared to be $517 per month but was set up in installments which was not explained to me. "Rent" ended up being closer to $650 per month without utilities. That should be illegal to advertise $517 "rent" and I pay $700 per month after untilites and there are 4 people that live there. There's no way this place should cost $2,800 per month, there are many hiden fees and then I was double charged rent for a month and the office showed not concern or rush to get my money back even though they over charged my account and costed me money and offered no solution. They take a year to fix anything, 15 months to repair our stove even though we made a statement to fix it when it broke. I would love to live anywhere else, but because I have signed on for another semester I'm stuck here. If I was doing it all over again I would not live here. If you are reading this because you are moving to big rapids for college, do yourself a favor and do not move here.
I worked with Sarah for a few months with the Loft apartments in Greenville. She was very friendly and very patient with me. Although I was unable to find an apartment at the time she offered to put me on a waiting list to keep me first in line for the next available one bedroom. She told me she would contact me closer to the current tenants lease was coming to an end. A couple of months later, out of the blue I recieved her email stating that the apartment was going to continued to be occupied for the 4th year in a row. I did, however find a house in the meantime. With Sarah contacting me and the previous tenant resigning their lease for the 4th year in a row shows me that this company takes care of their cusotmers. I recommend Sarah with Venlo Place for everyone in the Big Rapids as well as the Greenville area. Thanks for your interest in helping me Sarah!
