Quiet place to do laundry.
This laundromat has been servicing Big Rapids for over 50 years. Lots of small / mid load washers, lots of driers and ?6? Texas size washers. They do drop off laundry service, alterations. I cannot remember if they do dry cleaning and steam cleaning. Customer service is fantastic! The man who runs this really cares about his customers and will give advice if you don't know how to deal with a stain or how to get the best results from a machine.
They're open until 7:30. I had my bridesmaid dress shortened and I didn't have much time for it to be done and they finished it early and it looked beautiful :)
I have used this facility twice. Both times I found the guy working there messing w/ my clothes. The first time he was pouring something into them when I came in to check on the clothes and the second time he had taken my clothes out of the dryer-still wet. I won't be using this facility again. I recommend staying w/ your clothes during the operating hours or else they may be messed with! Also, the sign says their open until 9:30pm Monday-Friday, but they actually close at 8pm. Super inconvenient to come back to check clothes and be told you can't do your laundry.
Sign says Monday through Friday 8 to 9:30 but in reality is only open till 8:30 on a Friday night.
