After two trips and $1000 later in one day it would have been nice to have an employee help. I love this store but get incredibly irritated with the negative attitudes. I get the vibe that your employees are over worked and unappreciated.

Some employees in the parking lot under a cart cover just standing there talking, and still there when we came out over 30 min later. Then when we went to bar 19 to get 16' boards, we yelled for them, "would ya get off ur highlows and come help?" And response or help came.
