Bought a lot of after Christmas decorations. We delt with 6 different workers.....ALL were friendly and helpful.
I loaded up around 100 dollars worth of lumbar and when I tried to checkout my debit card would not swipe. When I asked them to just punch in the numbers they said it was not store policy so I had to leave. It was ridiculous problem with an easy solution... punch in the numbers. Every other store I went to read my debit card just fine, also.
After leaving Menards because they are rude and very unhelpful and they only have one mobile cart for disability people like myself went to Lowe's Lowe's was perfect they went out of their way to help us with our $2,800 list and for very pleasant and a biting and they had not one but two but more than one mobile cart to drive around in in fact the young man good looking at my dad warmed up a seat just for me on the mobile ride will I shop at Lowe's always will ever go to Menards never thank you Lord you were perfect we enjoy the day and we will be back I'm sure because we just bought a house here and we have another four $5,000 of things we need to buy.
