Such an amazing auto buying experience, the staff went up and above the typical buying experience. I highly recommend this place.
We were in the market for a 3500 diesel, dually. I had exact specifications and wouldn't compromise much. However, it was the end of 2016 so those models weren't as easy to come by. However our salesman, Chris, went the extra mile to seal the deal. After several no goes, they found us the truck and went to get it. We have also used the sales department for our van and have had good experiences so far.
The service manager made the experience by calling two days after I picked up my vehicle just to make sure I was happy with with the services I had received. It's the small things we never forget, yet most likely wouldn't notice if they hadn't been done that win out loyalty.
The sales guy was very open and honest. He was not pushy at all.
I purchased a pickup from them in 2015. Not due any of their fault I had a mechanical issue shortly after purchasing the truck. The dealership did any amazing job with helping to resolve my issue over the last two years. They got Chrysler to buy back my truck and, replace it with a new pickup truck. If not for the work of everyone at the dealership especially the general manager Derrick Meyer I'm sure I would have never gotten this completed. They have earned my business for years to come.
