They forward you to who can handle your issue when they're in their office, they do not pick up the phone, after leaving a message with your contact info they will not even call you back. They are a bunch of cheaps, lazy pricks to talk to and even work with. Unfortunately I can't give these a**holes zero stars, because that is what they deserve.
Just the worst, ferris is a nice school but the housing department is the worst.
