Parking is awful! Cars and pedestrians going every which way in ways that cannot be predicted. Be careful driving or walking in this area. The store selection is fine for a strip mall, I guess.
We made several stops at Rite Aid and one at Bigbee's. Very easy to enter and exit the back way.
Nice employees. Tons of inventory, so wheelchair bound folks might have problems getting through aisles.
The businesses are nice. The parking lot could use some work.
Southland (directly across from Ferris State University) has these merchants: Rite Aid, Verizon, Biggby Coffee, Dominoes, Tropical Smoothies, and Qdoba and a tanning place. Lots of parking, but none for FSU students.
