Pizza is always good (a little greasy) and service is always timely!
I love the square pizza with ham bacon and pineapple. I have ordered here several times and my food is always correct and fresh .
they made my pizza incorrectly. the manager refused to remake it or give a refund.
I am an employer who traveled to FSU and was ordering pizza for our Info Session. Called the day prior to check if I needed to place my order earlier for the next day, and was told no- just call that day. Pizza could not be delivered at 11 AM because they were busy- even though I called the day before. Was told the pizza could be delivered at 11:45 AM and I accepted. It took about 3-4 phone calls and no apologies or great customer service. The pizza finally arrived at 12:24 and it wasn't piping hot either, rather just like warm. Also told the delivery guy to have the Manager contact me, and no one reached out. The next time my company is interested in spending a couple hundred dollars in pizza- I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible business practice.
just awful I got the medium pizza and the cheese was like chewing on rubber! I got mushroom as a topping and there was probably 5 pieces of mushroom on the pizza! Im never going back to jets again
