Very shady and unprofessional. Seems to make a living scamming people out of money. He WILL try to get as much money as possible and even go as far as taking it when he see's fit and when he can get away with it. High prices go along with much unnecessary time spent just to squeeze out more $'s. Will hire people he is close to or friends to get involved with family matters like cleaning out a place and pay them ridiculous amounts that are very undeserving for the price paid. At those prices "two men and a truck" employee's should be millionaires. Finally he is not a caring individual and will take sides based on who said, she said and social status without truly knowing all the facts. If you are friends with him or know him and his; chances are you will get favoritism, if not then watch out! Who he knows and the limited choices in the area give him a huge edge with no justice. I do no recommend Balkema to anyone. He is already being looked at for his suspicious actions by officials; do not give him the time of day or your hard earned $'s.
