I rate this Agency with 0 stars My parents had Schuberg agency for many years car and home when both parents passed away they wouldn't even have the curtesy of letting the policy run out the house was being sold so it would have been cancelled before it ran out anyway Gail continually called and harassed me trying to tell me auto owners wouldn't insure vacant homes that was a lie Schuberg agency didn't want to insure it lots of harassment phone calls lots of letters telling me they will cancel however none came from auto owners then if that wasn't enough Tyler had to call and harass me somemore I called auto owners they said they did not cancel it that Schuberg Agency did and I was to call the Agency Well I did Gail not a nice person lied again This is a crooked Agency. And this was a time when you would think they would be a bit sympathetic Find another Agency they lie!
