The woman I spoke with in Cadillac was completely incompetent and took no responsibility for this debacle. She assured me that she verified that she let my daughter know that the appointment was in Cadillac. The child is not an idiot. She would have taken note of this. So believing that she had made an appointment in Big Rapids, she limped herself to a cab and when she got there IN PAIN was told that her appointment was in Cadillac. I googled the company again and sure enough, the Big Rapids info popped up. I dialed the number and when I asked their locale, they verified that they were in Cadillac.
ARGH. My Ferris state freshman was injured and contacted them for an appointment. They DID NOT tell her that the Big Rapids # that she had called was re-routed to Cadillac. My child spoke to the office TWICE and was never alerted to the fact that she was speaking to an office an hour NORTH!!!
The Big Rapids gal sent her to "room #311" across the street in Spectrum Health. She was told that there were other doctors there who would x ray her. She walked into the room and found a sick person on a bed. She then rereated and is now attempting to find help. What kind of podunk gallery are you people running? I'm driving up there and taking her to Grand Rapids where people are not idiots. What a debacle. Get your ducks in a row. You're here to serve the public.
Dr. Rao is an excellent physician. Even though he's extremely busy with practices in Big Rapids, Cadillac and a surgery schedule, he took the time to listen to concerns and answer every question I had. I'm very happy with the care I've received here. The nurses and office girls do a great job, too!
