My dads window i s broken and they yelled at him and told him that it was "illegal" then we didnt not even get our food, this was today. And last night he couldnt use a credit card it HAD to be cash, and then bout 2 weeks ago i got pickles on my burger even tho i said no pickle allergic reaction, they never listen i got a manager and she had to be like 17 years old. WORST SERVICE EVER, WILL NOT BE BACK.
Mclfurry was not made to satisfaction. I had stomach pain after eating and I normally never do. Makenzy did not make the mclfurry to satisfaction. They were more like a smoothie than anything else.
If you want to wait forever to get a cold, incomplete order sprinkled with horrible service then this place is for you! Oh, and a free McHeadache if you choose the drive-thru!
Let me start by saying good food, and friendly service. The reason for three stars is because at the peak of breakfast time there was only one register open. To top that of the one register would only take two orders at a time. The cashier would then go stand by the food chutes and stare at the food makers. My recommendation to McDonald's is to teach the cashier that if they are standing still, go take the next customer's order. I waited five minutes before my order was taken. That five minutes was spent watching my cashier watch food being made.
The food here is fine and the few times I’ve been here the service has been good too. But the parking lot is a disaster bc the idiots going through the drive through don’t bother to follow the lines. What happens is you’re stuck in the damn lot behind all the idiots who can’t see the lines (as its either they can’t see them or they’re too stupid to follow) until they order all of their food and top it off with a Diet Coke and clear a path on the right big enough for you car to pass. Since we know the drivers aren’t going to change the only options are for mcdonalds to remove the parking spaces in the back right of the lot or for you to just avoid this place during mealtime rush and save the curse words for a more opportune time!
