Horrible, they are trying to charge every huge fee they possibly can. I don't advise anyone to visit here. It's very cheaply put together. Employees are not very professional. Once you sit at the desk you are charged 40 dollars! This is the only hrblock I know to do this. If you're just filling a simple 1040ez never go to hrblock. They're very greedy.
